One deal. A dozen places. One commercial thread.
Ponte brings market intelligence, commercial intent, evidence, people, terms and decisions together around the actual cross-border deal.
- Market intelligence
- Commercial intent
- Evidence
- People
- Terms
- Decisions
Two ways in. One commercial thread.
Start from what the business wants
Say what you want to buy, sell, provide or represent, in your own words and your own language.
Or start from what has been observed
Ponte holds dated Market Signals. Begin from one that is worth investigating.
Both may lead to a structured Opportunity.
A Market Signal never becomes a confirmed Opportunity merely through selection. It is intelligence you chose to pursue, and every fact carried across is yours to accept or correct.
From an Opportunity to work the business can run.
- Opportunity
- My Trade Room
- Master Deal Room
- Counterparty Deal Rooms
- Outcome
- My Trade Room is the company command centre.
- A Master Deal Room is the owner-side private pursuit.
- Each counterparty negotiation remains separate.
- Counterparties never see sibling negotiations.
Already know who you trust? Good.
Ponte does not replace your relationships.
A counterparty is only one part of the deal.
Ponte organises the facts, evidence, responsibilities, documents, terms, decisions and next actions around that relationship.
Someone requiring new counterparties can still begin from the market and Ponte’s observed intelligence.
Three families. Different commercial logic. Equal place in Ponte.
Products
Physical goods a business wants to buy or sell across borders.
Trade services
Specialist services that move, finance, inspect, store or otherwise support international trade.
Distribution and representation
Commercial mandates and market relationships for distribution, agency and representation.
Ponte proposes. The business decides.
- Ponte proposes; you accept or correct.
- What Ponte reads from your words is a proposal until you confirm it. What is missing is asked for, never invented.
- What is known and what is not stay visibly different.
- An unanswered question is shown as unanswered. Ponte does not fill a gap to make a record look finished.
- Evidence carries its source, its date and its limits.
- A Market Signal says what was observed and when. It is intelligence to investigate, not a verified counterparty.
- Publishing, disclosing, sending and spending wait for you.
- Nothing leaves Ponte, reaches a counterparty or costs a Credit without the decision that authorises it.
- Each party works in their own language; the terms keep one meaning.
- A translation is a proposed rendering, never an agreement. Ponte does not pretend that translating a term creates legal equivalence.
Ponte structures commercial work. Contracts and legal commitments remain outside Ponte.
Bring Ponte the deal. Keep your judgement.
Before you trust Ponte with a deal, you should know who is behind it.
Ponte asks businesses to share commercial intent and company information. That makes trust part of the product. This is the short version of who operates Ponte, how information is used, what stays under your control and what Ponte will not pretend to know.
- Who operates Ponte
Ponte Trade is operated by 1402 CELSIUS LTD, Company No. 12475013, VAT GB 343 1702 32, registered at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.

- How Ponte uses information
Ponte uses what you provide to run the service — to understand commercial intent, structure opportunities, and keep the platform secure.
Ponte's Privacy Policy states that it does not sell your data to third parties and does not use your data to train external AI models.
- What stays under your control
Ponte separates what you have published from what stays private. Your identity and contact details are not shared with another business until a controlled introduction is agreed — publishing an opportunity does not disclose them.
Where a workflow needs to send something outside Ponte, the product direction is to show what will be sent and ask for your approval first.
- How Ponte states evidence
Ponte does not use a numerical trust score, and does not call a counterparty “safe”. Where something has been checked, Ponte states what was checked, the source, and when.
A review or evidence record is information for your own commercial judgement. It is not a guarantee of creditworthiness, authority, performance, or of a transaction.
- AI and your input
Some Ponte features use AI to interpret what you type or say — which means it is sent to that AI system for interpretation — and to help structure it into a commercial record. AI assists with interpretation; it does not decide on your behalf, and nothing is published, disclosed to another business or spent until you choose to.
What AI proposes is something you accept or correct — it is never treated as an independently verified fact.
- Ponte Sentinel™
Ponte Sentinel™ is Ponte's defensive security programme. It is designed to detect suspicious activity at important points in the platform using privacy-safe signals rather than raw commercial or personal content.
Ponte will only use the short public claim “Protected by Ponte Sentinel™” once detection is deployed, security events are recorded durably, a tested alert reaches a responsible person, and an incident-response process is in place. Until then, the name of the programme is not a claim of active protection.
What Ponte will not promise
- That any system is completely secure.
- That a counterparty is “safe”, “trusted” or guaranteed.
- That a Market Signal is a confirmed opportunity.
- That a document is authentic merely because Ponte has received it.
- That AI has independently verified a commercial fact when it has not.
- That Ponte Sentinel prevents every attack or incident.
